A unique take on cannolis that brings out your Italian side, even if you're not Italian.
Ingredients
1cupricotta
8ozcream cheese, softened
1cup powdered sugar
1tspvanilla extract
1/2tspcinnamon
6ozmini chocolate chips
waffle cookies (pizzelles), vanilla wafer cookies or cinnamon sugar pita chips for dipping
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ricotta, cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer on medium-high speed until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Add cinnamon and vanilla, whip until smooth.
Add mini chocolate chips and gently fold together, reserving some to spring on top for decoration.
