Garlic-Mint Yogurt Spread
Just the right amount of tangy and refreshing, this dip is delicious on its own or a great complement to many dishes. Plus, it takes a few minutes to whip up, which makes it great for a quick midweek snack or to spice up dinner during a busy week.
- 3/4 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- Dash of crushed red pepper
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
Try it with fries, veggies or on a burger.
