Bacon Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast pizza can be a quick and easy brunch idea that will be sure to grab your family’s attention. Plus, the options for variation from cheese to hot sauce make this even better.

  • Pizza crust of choice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp water or milk for creamier eggs
  • 3 oz chopped bacon or packaged bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey or Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.

  2. Lightly grease a 1-in deep pan.

  3. Press dough into the pan, poke dough all over with a fork.

  4. Lightly oil dough and bake ~8 minutes, or precook based on dough directions.

  5. Whisk eggs and water (or milk) together in a medium bowl.

  6. Heat remaining oil in a medium nonstick skillet.

  7. Add egg mixture and cook eggs until desired thickness.

  8. Spoon eggs over pizza crust.

  9. Sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese.

  10. Bake another ~6 minutes until cheese is melted.

  11. Cut into pieces and serve!

Try changing out the bacon for sausage, Canadian bacon or veggies!
